This is a special Holotropic Breathwork Workshop for seasoned holonouts, who would like to deepen the depth of integration and understanding (in the broader sense of the meaning) of your holotropic journeys so far. It can be your holotropic work done through Holotropic Breathwork, psychedelic therapies, shamanic journeys, spiritual emergencies...This HBW, with a combination of powerful integration activities and holotropic experience, offers the opportunity to close yet another circle in the infinite spiral of growth and self exploration.
On Thursday evening, we start with the usual Opening Circle, continuing on Friday morning with the reflection and meditation on the accomplished holotropic work. In the afternoon, the first holotropic breathwork follows...
On Saturday, we start the day again with reflection to the holotropic work done so far, followed by another holotropic breathwork in the afternoon...
Sunday is entirely dedicated to additional integration activities.
We ask you to bring your mandalas, holotropic journals and all additional recordings of your holotropic journeys and the holotropic work as a whole, on which you would like to put an emphasis at this workshop.
This workshop offers one experience as a breather and one as a sitter.
Welcome!
Location description: Kokra valley, where the workshops take place, is surrounded by Kamniško-Savinjske Alps, peaceful forests, with wild creeks filling the crystal clear Kokra river. It is a great place for relaxation, walks, running, climbing, hiking, or cycling. By spending an extra day or two, you could even hike some mountains alone or with certified guides on well-marked trails. Or just relax in the nature, or in our sauna.

Payment Policy
Early bird price: €320 (valid if you pay at least 21 days before the start of the workshop)
Full price after the early bird price: €380
The price includes all activities at the workshop: snacks, coffee/tea, and meals during the whole workshop.
You can complete the payment for the workshop and accommodation after a required brief phone call, which ensures the safety of all participants and allows us to finalize your registration.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is € 70,- any time you cancel the workshop.
If you cancel the workshop within 21 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the €70,- cancellation fee, the rest could be applied to any other workshop during the following 4 years.
If you cancel the workshop more than 21 days in advance the total amount (minus the €70 cancellation fee) will be refunded.
