The meditation course is designed to introduce you to the most important elements of meditation practice in general, regardless of the specific practice you use, and to provide you with all the necessary tools to start your meditation practice. With this new knowledge and awareness about meditation and new meditation tools, you can also enrich your current, already existing, practice. Each part of the course, of which there are six, includes explanations on a particular topic, practical exercises, and additional resources available to you.


The course includes:

- over four hours of video content, featuring theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, guided meditations, as well as reflections, questions, and answers from live course participants,

- additionally, the course offers descriptions of supplementary exercises,

-various options for meditative practices,

- further theoretical insights, and

-summaries of scientific research on meditation and its beneficial effects, along with external resources and more...
