You will gain the confidence and skills needed to make meditation and mindfulness practice a part of your daily life.

We will talk about what meditation and mindfulness is, about the most common obstacles and misconceptions about meditation, why to meditate at all, how to choose your initial motivation, and what scientists know about meditation today.
In the following, you will learn:
- very important preparation for meditation, so that you can start meditation in the right mental inclination
- how to develop mindfulness
- insight into different types of meditations
- how to increase empathy and the ability to be present for ...
- how to use meditation for your own mental or physical treatment, and more ...
- the ability to be present more and longer, either in a wide or narrowly focused awareness.
You will also learn why we need both types of attention and why we need both qualities: endurance and strength of attention if I use an analogy from fitness training.
You will also be given recordings of meditations with binaural tones to make it easier for you to start and continue with meditative practice.
