Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful approach to self-exploration and
personal empowerment that relies on our innate inner wisdom and its
capacity to move us toward positive transformation and wholeness.
Breathwork can play an important role in personal and collective
transformation. This method is a powerful approach that combines
breathing, evocative music, and release work to access non-ordinary
states of consciousness and to explore the deeper dimensions of the
psyche.
Breathwork can lead to the healing of previous emotional or physical
trauma, reduction in anxiety and stress, amelioration of symptoms of
depression, emotional expression & release and creative inspiration.
Many people also report that it helps them connect to a deeper feeling
of meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as a greater feeling of
authenticity in their daily life.

About the Event
Holotropic Breathwork® Intensive offers two holotropic sessions and two “sitting” experiences for each participant. The holotropic process, briefly referred to as "breathing," allows you to connect with the source of wisdom and healing transformative powers within you. Kokra valley, where the workshops take place, is surrounded by Kamniško-Savinjske Alps, peaceful forests, with wild creeks filling the crystal clear Kokra river. It is a great place for relaxation, walks, running, climbing, hiking, or cycling. By spending an extra day or two, you could even hike some mountains alone or with certified guides on well-marked trails. Or just relax in the nature, or in our sauna.

Travel Details
It is very easy to get to Center Velosimed in Kokra valley. It is located only 22 km from Ljubljana International airport, Kranj railway station and highway E61, connecting Ljubljana and Salzburg. Everything is close, yet distant enough not to disturb the serenity of the place.

Early bird price: €290 (valid if you pay at least 21 days before the start of the workshop)
Full price after the early bird price: €340
The price includes all activities at the workshop: snacks, coffee/tea, and meals during the whole workshop.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is € 70,- any time you cancel the workshop.
If you cancel the workshop within 15 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the € 70,- cancellation fee, the rest could be applied to any other workshop during the following 4 years.
If you cancel the workshop more than 15 days in advance the total amount (minus the 70 Euro cancellation fee) will be refunded.
In case of cancellation of the workshop, we will refund you the full registration fee.
